After a user has logged in, maybe you would like to start a WhatsApp chat with your customer. You can easily integrate other 3rd party features such as chatbots and auto-responders if you want to be even more fully automated. This tutorial will show you how to get that chat started.
- Edit your Campaign
- Enable a Redirect using the toggle button then click on WhatsApp in the left hand side
- Fill in your business’ WhatsApp number and the text you want them to send to you
Now when a user logs in, they will be redirected to their WhatsApp App with a pre-populated message to send to you. They just have to hit “Send” and you can take it away from there!
